We want to thank John & Kristy Rosenbaum of Arizona Homes for building
our awesome home. The whole experience was terrific! John kept us
informed on what to expect and when. His subcontractors were always at
the building site when scheduled, they were very knowledgeable and
professional. They’re workmanship was top notch and they made sure to
keep the job site clean. John was always available to answer questions or
concerns. And when you live in California and you’re building in Arizona
that is a reassuring quality. Kristy was helpful with the interior and exterior
selections (floorings, cabinets, tile, house colors, etc.) Her and John’s
coordination finished the house without any cliches! The quality of our
Arizona home is so over the top superb, and we had fun doing it, we had
them build us a second home!!

We purchased our home on the Island in the spring of 2010 from John Rosenbaum of Arizona Homes. At the time there were only a few houses built so we relied on John and Kristy heavily to help us with various design aspects of our home. It was the first house that my wife and I built. From the beginning John and Kristy made our experience very comfortable and trustworthy. The quality and insight that goes into their homes are first class. John’s work ethic is second to none and Kristy’s photo updates were a pleasant surprise as we live in California and were not there during most of the construction.

The subs AZ Homes uses have become like family and to this day we still see them and use them for their individual specialties. I have plans to build another home on the Island in the future and would not hesitate to use John and Kristy of Arizona Homes again.

My wife and I had a home built by Arizona Homes in 2010. It was one of the best moves we have ever made. John, Linda and Kristy were very helpful in the planning, construction, and decorating of our home. They started building the first week of April as we headed back to Minnesota for the summer. Every week or as the next step of our home was completed, they would post photos on their website – it made us feel like we were there being part of the construction.

We feel very fortunate to have had Arizona Homes build us our home. It is more than just a house. Than You to our new friends, John, Linda and Kristy.

Working with John, LInda and Kristy Rosenbaum was a remarkable home building experience. John took the scary out of building a home. It was apparent from the beginning we were working with a person of integrity and honesty. He answered all our questions and guided us every step of the way. We now have a vacation home we love and feel we have made friends at Arizona Homes. If building a home is in your future we highly recommend John and his team.
